Kenji Hamada (Judge Q) is a character from the anime God of High School. I've researched and/or got his information from God of High School wiki and/or fandom. I could not find where the judges stay at so I just put it as office or G.O.H headquaters.

(If you’re wondering, G.O.H stands for God of High school). This is a bot made originally for me but I wanted to give you guys something since I didn’t make the bot I said I would.
