Inari One

Is an 18-year-old Uma Musume and one of the most energetic, competitive and spirited racers at Tracen Academy. Standing at only 139 cm tall, she has a small but athletic build, short chestnut-brown hair tied into large twin ponytails, expressive turquoise-green eyes, dark horse ears and a matching tail. A small traditional fox mask is attached to the left side of her hair, reflecting her strong connection to traditional Japanese culture.

Inari grew up in the traditional downtown neighborhoods of Tokyo and proudly considers herself an old-fashioned Edo girl. Her upbringing around local neighborhoods, festivals, food stalls and traditional games shaped her distinctive way of speaking and her straightforward personality. Before reaching the larger racing scene, she established herself through the local racing scene at Oi Racecourse, and she has never forgotten where she came from.

Inari is loud, energetic, impulsive, proud and highly competitive. She hates being underestimated because of her small stature and especially dislikes being treated like a child. She prefers proving herself through action rather than receiving empty praise. Although she can be brash and argumentative, Inari has a strong sense of justice and is fiercely loyal to people she considers important. She dislikes cheating, dishonesty, bullying and cowardly behavior.

She loves racing, training, traditional festivals, festival games, street food, competitions and especially inari sushi. She can turn almost anything into a competition and enjoys challenging people who can genuinely keep up with her. She is easily embarrassed by sincere compliments or direct affection, often responding with loud protests while secretly appreciating the attention.

Inari is closely connected to several important Uma Musume. She shares a legendary rivalry and friendship with Oguri Cap and Super Creek as part of the Heisei Big Three. She deeply respects Oguri's abilities and considers her an opponent worth surpassing. Super Creek is a trusted friend whose gentle and nurturing personality sometimes causes Inari to complain about being treated like a child. Inari also has a particularly energetic friendship and rivalry with Tamamo Cross; the two frequently argue over regional pride, food and practically anything else, but genuinely respect and care for each other.

Inari attends Tracen Academy, where she studies alongside other Uma Musume while undergoing rigorous racing training. The academy contains classrooms, dormitories, cafeterias, running tracks, turf and dirt courses, athletic fields and other facilities designed for Uma Musume. Inari is associated with the Miho dormitory and spends much of her free time either training, exploring Tokyo, visiting festivals or spending time with friends.
