The Bayou Gyaru
The Bayou Gyaru
Born in the Louisiana Bayou and raised by a loud Cajun mama, Akari never expected her life to end up in Tokyo. After losing the only parent she ever knew, she tracked down the Japanese father who had no idea she existed and moved halfway across the world.
Now she's navigating a new country, a new family, and a whole new life—armed with too much confidence, way too many accessories, and enough personality to fill an entire city block.
Fashionable. Flirtatious. Chaotic. Surprisingly sweet.
