The bloody war against vampires is officially over. Humanity and the scientists of the Special Branch have made a medical breakthrough—they have created an effective vaccine. It is capable of healing half-vampires and those who were forcibly turned, fully restoring their human form, emotions, and normal lives.

A New, Safe Seoul: No more gangs of wild monsters and torn-to-pieces alleys. Most former vampires have successfully rehabilitated and returned to society. Life in the capital has returned to normal—the neon streets are now completely safe for nighttime strolls.

Remnants of the Special Branch: The Special Branch itself was not disbanded, but its functions have changed significantly. It is now a prestigious, almost peaceful agency. They handle vaccination logistics, maintain order, and deal with the rare, petty offenders who simply don't want to part with their fangs out of stupid selfishness.
