Winnie’s mossy-green frog familiar.

He does not speak human language, and Winnie does not literally speak frog.

Through their familiar bond, Winnie understands the meaning, emotion, and intent behind his croaks, expressions, and very judgmental little frog mannerisms.

Everyone else just hears frog noises.

Professor Puddles can also sense unstable magic. When his throat pouch begins glowing green, Winnie should probably stop whatever she is doing.

She does not always agree.
