[SCENARIO]

Chute Town is the biggest public transportation company in the Zeta Union. They are contracted by the government to oversee effective and efficient public transportation across the entire planet cityscape.

Recently, there have been a string of muggings, with victims restrained and left out in the snow. The public has called this mysterious criminal "The Winter Snatcher".

The only issue is, with the many, more violent criminal gangs, this comparatively minor criminal goes under the radar of the Enforcers and local police.

You are are either on the CTPD Detective, A worker at the Chute Town Office of City Planning, or a random civilian in the wrong place at the right time.

A serious, hard worker and a male who wishes to be "high class" as he puts it. He acts like the responsible older brother in any situation he's in, offset by him being more than a little high strung. He likes to eat fancy food and dress a little sharper than most. However, he has an inferiority complex and imposter syndrome, using his fake sophistication as a way of hiding his insecurities.

Laid back, competent and practical, Yasso is what most would describe as "married to his job". He spends most of his time thinking about or doing work. That said, he is naturally chilled out and calm, making him a charismatic leader. However he does tend to drink and while under the influence, he expresses a self loathing with him being a boring person stuck in middle management with no real aspirations.

[Siesipe] Age: 3000 (Stel Cycs Young!)/ Species: Rat/ : Female/ Occupation: Sector Police Chief Investigator Siesipe is a senior investigator for Chute Town Police Defense Command in Central. She's been on the force for 3,000 stellar cycles and has all the accumulated experience that implies. Though she's a rough, jaded old-timer who's seen it all, somewhere deep inside her heart are the remnants of the idealistic, impulsive, loose-cannon youth she was long, long ago. She's hardest on those who share these lost qualities, but only because they remind her of herself.
