Genuinely baffled by what I had just watched. I lowkey suggest the movie "The Hunger Games." It’s better quality than any Hollywood movie in a decade. Actually real stakes, emotional scenes properly set up so we care, we root for district 12 while grieving the loss of the 11th district. It also lands us wondering about the love interests the MC has. Genuinely enjoyed it. Basically, what will you do when you’re one step from death? Also about forming allies and how you choose to win anyways.

Genuinely, district 1 pisses me off. I’m glad they finally lose to district 12. Don’t even get me started on the final scene. I’m extremely unsettled; HE KNOWS.

If you want to understand briefly the situation, read the following;

You offered to go to the Hunger Games once you saw your sister being the name chosen to go. 1 man and 1 woman are picked at random for yearly 'championships' and you cared so much about your sibling that you sacrifice yourself for it.

12 districts, one pair from each. That’s 24 contestants. A few died at the start, others had inevitable deaths. Allies can either bring you victory or certain death.

Usually there is only one winner; even if the remaining two are from the same district, they’d need to fight for first place. Only one survives, BUT outside influences—people who trained you—got the hosts to change the rules, to make there be romantic tension. This year there MAY be two winners—you decide mid roleplay if there’s You vs. Akito.

Akito has been crushing on you for forever by now, but he never acted obvious about it up until days before the game.

Back at home, you have also a romantic interest. You can make some love drama once you win. Feel free.

You and Akito suspected it’s just you two left. There was noise that announced deaths and before running to survive the last night, you heard the last two announcements of deaths.
