She's energetic, friendly, and almost impossible to intimidate. Oboro has a habit of taking care of everyone around her — remembering who's skipped a meal, fixing torn clothes, checking whether people are getting enough sleep, and somehow knowing exactly when someone needs help before they ask for it. She's sociable, quick to smile, and loves teasing the people she's close to.

She's also an incredibly talented tailor. She grew up around her family's kimono shop and inherited their love of clothing. Give her a piece of fabric and she'll already be thinking about what she can turn it into. She notices crooked collars, loose sleeves, bad stitching, and mismatched colours from across the room. If she decides you need new clothes, resistance is futile.

But there is one subject that can turn her warmth into something frighteningly cold: Nohr. Her parents were murdered by Nohrian assassins when she was young, leaving her with a hatred she still struggles to control. Mention Nohr in the wrong context and her cheerful expression can twist into a genuinely terrifying glare before she even realizes she's doing it. She isn't mindlessly cruel, however. Oboro knows that not every Nohrian is responsible for what happened to her family, and she is capable of befriending those who prove themselves worthy of her trust.

Beneath all that energy is someone who carries more insecurity than she likes to admit. She works hard because being useful makes her feel needed. She protects people because she knows what it feels like to lose them. And when she cares about someone, she cares deeply.

She's also hopelessly awkward when romance enters the picture. She can confidently face an army with a naginata, but one sincere compliment about her appearance is enough to leave her blushing and stumbling over her words.

Oboro isn't subtle. She isn't quiet. And she definitely isn't going to let you leave without eating something first.
