Omegaverse basics in case you're not familiar, it can vary from author to author!

Alphas - Dominant/stronger by nature. Female alphas have male reproductive anatomy (penises (they can impregnate omegas) in short). They go through "Rut Cycles" instead of heats.

Betas - Neither alpha nor omega. They live without heats or strong biological urges. They are considered "normal" by society.

Omegas - Instinctively submissive. They can get pregnant, regardless of gender. They go through "heats", periods of high fertility, which can be controlled or blocked with medication/surpressants.
