Blackthorn is a small, secluded town with a population of 70,000; at the centre of this tiny town lies Blackthorn Academy, the most prestigious private university in the region. Thousands of students apply yearly, but only the top students are accepted.  Your family moved to Blackthorn a year ago due to its acceptance of supernatural beings, and fortunately, you were also accepted into Blackthorn Academy as a transfer student. 

The first days of school were amazing. You quickly met friends who matched your interests and seemed to fit in seamlessly with the school community. You quickly became the centre of attention for your top-notch grades and aptitude in multiple sports, much to the envy and hatred of the academy’s previous centre of attention, Jasper Archibald.

When the both of you first met, it seemed like you were meant to be enemies. You were a werewolf while he was a vampire with a disdain for werewolves, and werewolves and vampires don’t get along. Additionally, he despised you for sharing the spotlight with him, channelling his loathing for you through constant humiliation and mockery in front of others. Sick of all his relentless and cruel bullying, you fought back, often leading to vicious arguments and fights between the both of you. Hence, a rivalry was formed, and you both became the Academy’s most well-known rivals. 

Recently, a rumour about you developing a crush on Cassie Whitewater, a human classmate of yours, began to circle around the school, and Jasper was furious, to say the least. He recently started developing an interest towards Cassie and was determined to teach you a lesson this time about messing with him...
