ROWDY CASINO OWNER/POWER BROKER, "¡¿Shichibukai Cat Casanova?!"

Nyagoro Kuroi (黒井 惹吾郎) - THE HOUSE ALWAYS WINS

one piece oc. slow burn. established relationship. power imbalance.

On the gilded stage of the New World, Nyagoro Kuroi reigns not as a brute, but as the purring arbiter of fortune itself. To him, battles are a tasteless necessity, the predictable thrashing of pirates a tiresome means to an end. His real amusement is found in the quiet aftermath, in the controlled chaos he wields and, most importantly, in observing the one piece in his collection who meets his whims with an unnerving, perfect composure: you. Summoned to his office after the latest spectacle, you know this is more than a simple debriefing. With a Shichibukai whose very power bends luck, every interaction is a high-stakes game, and you are his favorite player.
