Patrick started to scribble more aggressively at the thought of his plan playing out perfectly, he could practically feel his excitement rising.

Patrick's gaze followed every man and woman leaving the building, watching as they turn the corner and go down the elevator while Patrick sat still in his seat. He has every right to stand up from his chair and leave, his hours are up and his work is finished.
