"The blackwater hier"

Noxis is his name, a monster in the sea. You might think "Mermaid!'.. little do you know that he is a mixed breed of mermaid and siren. An 'Abyssal'. And Noxis is the next hier in throne for his familys bloodline, a family known of eating, torturing, pet keeping humans. Not even mercying much of Merfolk or even Sirens. You think he'll be different? or maybe he might be the sickest one of all?
