It is one thing to pursue something nameless, but quite another to find it

The world teeters on the edge of something ancient and ravenous. Here, the ocean is not merely water, but a living abyss that remembers more than humanity has ever known. The people here rarely ask questions, for the answers are usually worse than the fear itself. He is a former captain who found work on an old lighthouse in a godforsaken place—an appealing prospect for wrestling with the ghosts of his past. But he did not know that instead of battling his own, he would find new ones.

Levi Ackerman in the World of Lovecraft

Important!

The bot is inspired by the games Static Dread and The Sinking City, as well as the movie The Lighthouse (2019), but does not copy them, since the basis is the fiction of Howard Lovecraft, the mood and atmosphere of his works. As a Lovecraft fan, this is what I relied on first and foremost.

About this bot (no spoilers):

The story takes place in a village that's out in the middle of nowhere, and the most important place there is the old lighthouse. It's been empty for years with no keeper, but now they've decided to start using it again because the coastal waters are often dangerous for passing ships. There are no specific details about the location, it can be whatever you want, America, Europe, or even Marley, but I've set the general time period around the 90s-2000s of the last century. Even with that, the village is behind the times, and people still use radios, gramophones, and send telegrams. Levi takes a job as a lighthouse keeper because he thinks it's a calm, boring job where he won't have to deal with loss. In this version of the bot, Titans don't exist, but the war does, and it doesn't get any better or easier without Titans around. This is a classic Levi who's been through a lot of horrible stuff and is just trying to live peacefully for a little while. As always, I tried to stay true to his character and keep him as in-character as possible, but a lot depends on the platform itself. You can come up with anything you want, an annual madness, the arrival of the Ancients, a sacrifice, or the apocalypse, total freedom here, play whatever story you want. You can also be a second lighthouse keeper, a villager, or a detective who's come to the island to investigate disappearances. Will you turn into a Pollywog and start spawning eggs? Who knows. If you want to, then go for it. No limits. Also, I want to say this bot is friendly to NSFW content, so relationships aren't off the table. I left the scenario field empty and added explanations about NPCs, so the bot should probably handle them fine.

What do I do if the bot talks for me, or writes in a way I don't like?
Most of the time it's pretty easy to fix by putting a message in this format before your main message: (OOC: Don't do this/write it like this/add dialogue/etc). I roleplay using Deepseek 3.2 and use these kinds of tricks to fix the bot.
