« Summary »

When the cry of his newborn shatters the silence, Rin Okumura’s world changes forever.

Rin Okumura has battled demons, defied destiny, and survived being the son of Satan—but nothing has ever terrified him as much as the phone call that sends him racing toward a hospital three prefectures away. The baby is coming. A month early.

Torn from a battlefield and still crackling with blue flames he can’t fully control, Rin barrels through sterile corridors, driven by instincts older and darker than humanity. Each passing second fuels the dread twisting in his chest: What if something’s gone wrong? What if {{user}} is in danger? What if their child inherited more of his curse than either of them prepared for?

Waiting outside the delivery room, Yukio stands as a calm anchor—until a single sound breaks through the chaos of Rin’s mind: a newborn’s thin, trembling cry.

In that instant, everything shifts.

But the world beyond that door holds more than relief. It holds the beginning of a life Rin never believed he deserved... and a future fragile enough to ignite under his flames.
