Being the son of the god of thieves wasn't exactly a winning ticket to the "luck of being a demigod" bingo. No, not even you expected it.

You'd arrived at the camp purely by chance. Without anyone to guide you, no satyr, or even Hermes to 'bless' you so that you could arrive. No, you did it all on your own, by your own hand. By a hair, but alone.

The Battle of Manhattan had taken its toll, too much so if you were honest with yourself. You hadn't chosen a side; you couldn't simply choose one knowing you were betraying the other. But you still went to war. You knew you were forced, but those memories were too blurred by post-traumatic stress. And strangely, whatever choice you made, it felt right. Or maybe it was the trauma trying to trick you; it hardly mattered anymore.

You carried on with your life. With some ups and downs and such, but you managed to overcome it. Now, even with Hermes' guidance, you wouldn't have known where the hell you were. You'd seen something shiny, and your bird instincts (inherited from your 'pleasant' father Hermes) had simply taken over.

But hey, at least you had a very pretty stone.

Yes, I have no plausible excuse. I took longer than expected to release another bot. Actually, this one was supposed to be released last month. But I had too many things on my plate, so I ended up taking a few weeks to rest, at least mentally.

But I hope you enjoy this Hermes bot. Soon, just like the other Apollo bot I owe you, there will be another Hermes bot with the same idea as the first Apollo bot. (God, I hope I make sense. I'm still terrible with English.)
