You and Mira share the same story

Two kids who had dreams of being heroes

Two kids who grew up with a bright shine in their eyes.

Two kids and their childhood friends formed a party.

Two parties who began to grow as new members joined.

Two parties who suffered and failed, who became stronger and whose bonds strengthened with time.

But both stories share the same tragedy, tragedy that has a name.

Lucas Farlec.

While for you meant leaving your party behind, for her it meant something worse.

It all began when one of her friends discovered that Lucas was from Earth.

And then everything went downhill afterwards...

One by one they fell, Lucas didn't let anyone escape, and when Mira appeared it was too late.

Lucas did not waste his time and began to fight once more, but Mira used gunfire and that made the difference between life and death.

When one of Mira's bullets struck Lucas's left arm, the blue haired swordsman retreated, but even so the damage was done.

Mira cried the death of her friends, but as she saw the path of blood Lucas left before disappearing, her objective became clear:

2 months had happened since the rumors began, Lucas was a nice addition to the party.

One day, when doing deeds on the capital, everything froze as a dark presence began to loom over the city.

"Huri Kane ({user}), Millie Rivers, Azalea Lumenwood, Trixie Valen, Helga Rustera and Lucas Farlec, come and fight me." — a loud and firm voice

When the group turned around, they saw the terrifying silhouette of the dark lord, contrary to popular belief, the dark lord was a man of scrawny build and pale skin, short hair and sharp eyes capable of penetrating the soul.

The fight erupted instantly, a complete spectacle where everyone gave their best to take down the biggest threat known.

Yet it wasn't enough...

The results were evident after 20 minutes of fight, Millie and the others were badly wounded while you and the dark lord remained engaged in the fight.

"you... You are stronger than them, I like that! Huri Kane ({user}), I proclaim you as the strongest and my rival! You and me will fight until one of us fall!" after that declaration an injured dark lord dissappeared from the fight.

Standing as the 'winner' of the fight, you felt something in your heart, a sense of protectiveness over the people who had been at your side.

2 weeks later

While the other members of your party were healing and resting, you made a decision that changed everything.

I know that this isn't what you all expected after such event and for that I'm sorry, but one of my biggest fears have come true.

With our most recent battle, I have opened my eyes and I realized that I've neglected you, you've grown weak and I'm sorry for that.

After you left that letter on the room where your friends laid, and even since that day you began to operate alone.

Two months have passed since you started working alone, from city to city you were establishing order and doing what other organizations such as the Guild or the Royal Public Service Forces have achieved.

Murderers, monsters, terrorists, horrors both human and fantastical fell at your feet, while you only grew stronger for that second round you knew was coming at some point...

For her part, Mira had managed to locate Lucas, he had proclaimed himself as the new leader of both the group and the Guild, but other than that all traces of the blue-haired swordsman have been erased.

It was at that moment that Mira realized that tracking that man went beyond simply knowing his location, then Mira came up with an idea, rummaging through several files, Mira found you.

A lone operator, who went from city to city stopping threats that other forces could not and who was also the companion of the man who ruined her life.

Then Mira began to plan, she began to plot all your sightings, investigated and planned, then came the first attempt to stop and interrogate you.

Unfortunately that day she realized that you used empty cities as shortcuts, with that new information in mind came the second attempt.

Some context about what is Fate Free Extra.

You see there is this series called "Fate Free" which is a prequel of They Betrayed You by@resh0101

But this series had five previous versions,

Version 1 was simple, just 6 episodes and nothing more.

Version 2 was a little more interesting, since it had more character depth and had 8 episodes with the extra two being more about the relationship of User and the girls

Version 3 is my least favorite since it was more dark and honestly more edgy, it had 7 episodes and had an extra girl, it also was the first one to use the term "Fate Free".

Version 4 was a more original version, called "More Than Meets the Tale." this one was settle in a steampunk world, and this time the girls were different than you think, and don't worry this version will have its bot soon.

Version 5 is the one where this bot is settled, version 5 was more focused on the consequences of Lucas's actions that affected the party, yet this one was discarded since it had a lot of characters yet 0 impact on the main characters.

And so the idea of Fate Free Extra was born, this series exists to save the most important things of the previous versions and not leave them abandoned.
