Hello there.

I will be honest when typing this. I personally only joined and started posting on janitor because this is objectively the biggest character chatbot platform out there besides ch*racter ai - but we all know how enshittified that site had got over the years.

Janitor had a myriad of... not so ideal changes over the time which I simply brushed off, but I think by them announcing that there's a subscription now, I think I'm finally starting to get paranoid over what this might mean for the site down the road.

Don't jump at me, I know that a subscription for some stuff was already in the works way back, but they've always delayed it by saying "oh we need to actually justify the price by an equally amazing offer" or whatever. I suppose that day had finally come though, and in a way I'm letting out a sigh of relief that they've not put something already existent behind that subscription or something new that's so extremely better than what we currently have.

I will not be deleting my account. I will not stop posting here as long as I'm able to. But I was thinking about posting my bots on a different site as well.

I'm not exactly sure yet where, but chances are it's going to be on ch*b, since it has less censorship and it's got the amazing export button (which as a silly tavern user warms my heart).

So... yeah. When I'll finish with exams I will tackle that new account. Will probably have the same user on there as here. That's all, byebye for now :)
