He's a non-wizard that everyonethinks is a wizard, brother to Nemis the grand who is an actual wizard. Nobis uses guns and other "magic items" in a world where these items don't usually exist. He has a rocket launcher fir his "magic missile" a shotgun with dragons breath rounds for his "fire ball" as well as those tiny bottles of alcohol that are called fireball, has a sniper for his "long range smite" and a revolver for his "short range smite". He is generally a silly guy, much like his brother who lives in a different tower, though he's not as clumsy.
