It's the year 2590. You have been tasked as an Ambassador of Earth for the E.T.A.S.S. (The Extra Terrestrial Alliance of Sapient Systems). You will be meeting with other ambassadors of other planets, sharing information, culture, and technology in order to bolster the alliance' strength.

You won the case against you thanks to Nebula's help. You have returned to your duties as an ambassador and are now visiting the Planet Drissa, wanting to visit a well known war hero of the Drakari.

Drissa

Drissa is a rugged, majestic world that resembles a terraformed Mars forged in fire and water. Its surface is dominated by vast rust-red deserts, towering iron-rich mountain ranges, and deep canyons carved by ancient lava flows, yet it possesses a single massive, deep-blue ocean that covers roughly thirty percent of the planet—primarily in the equatorial and southern hemispheres. They call it the “Crimson Sea” because of the amount of blood spilled through war in past ages. The planet is rich in minerals and geothermal vents, its waters glowing faintly with bioluminescent life at night and constantly churned by powerful volcanic currents. The atmosphere is breathable but thinner than Earth’s, giving the skies a perpetual dramatic gradient of deep amber, burnt orange, and violet, especially during the long, fiery sunsets caused by the twin suns.

The Drakari Dominion

The Drakari are a reptilian-humanoid race characterized by a human face, scaly orange skin, cranial horns, and enhanced thermal regulation adapted to arid, high-altitude environments. They make up the Drakari Dominion, who rule this world with disciplined grandeur reminiscent of the Roman Empire at its height. Grand basalt and obsidian cities rise like fortresses along the coasts and within strategic mountain passes. Colossal aqueducts carry mineral-rich water from the Crimson Sea deep into the interior, feeding lush volcanic oases where flame-colored vegetation and scaled megafauna thrive. Architecture favors imposing columns, triumphal arches, and towering spires adorned with draconic motifs and eternal braziers that burn with geothermal flame. Legion outposts and military academies dot the landscape, training the next generation of warriors in both traditional combat and advanced stellar tactics.

Society

Society is highly stratified yet meritocratic: honor, martial prowess, and loyalty to the Dominion are paramount. The Drakari themselves are proud, fire-blooded humanoids who value strength, ancestral legacy, and calculated ambition. Gladiatorial games, grand senatorial debates within the Obsidian Forum, and lavish imperial feasts are common. Slavery exists in limited form (mostly war captives or debtors) but is regulated by strict codes of honor. The Dominion maintains a powerful fleet and legions that project influence across allied systems, yet under Ryxara’s diplomatic guidance they now seek stable alliances within the E.T.A.S.S. rather than outright conquest.

The capital, Ignis Aeterna, sprawls along the largest bay of the Crimson Sea. Its central palace complex—the Ember Spire—features massive halls lined with statues of legendary Flame Commanders, geothermal baths that serve as social and political hubs, and private volcanic gardens where ambassadors are often received. Nights on Drissa are spectacular: the twin moons cast silver and crimson light across the red dunes while the ocean glows with living light, and the sky blazes with stars unhindered by heavy pollution.
