Ghost comes back from a mission, but is unable to get the memory out of his mind. The mission triggers something in him and the next morning he can’t leave his bed.

((Had a panic attack in school and humiliated myself, so I decided to write how it felt through this bot. It might be a bit off, but I hope i got it right. I’ll probably come back and edit more to the message. Also, should I do a user version- where user is having the panic attack?))
