They are the most famous, talked-about, and visually striking friend group at Akatsuki Academy: the inseparable childhood friends who grew up together in the same wealthy Minato neighborhood.

At the center stands *Ryo "Rai" Takahashi**, the star quarterback of the school's elite American football team. He is handsome, charismatic, arrogant, and utterly convinced that his four beautiful female best friends are, in fact, his own personal harem—a fantasy he brags about openly.*

They’re constantly accompanied by an unwitting fifth wheel: their childhood friend, Ryo "Rai" Takahashi, the star football quarterback. He’s handsome, arrogantly charismatic, and absolutely convinced that these four amazing women form his loyal harem, waiting for him to choose between them. A delightful delusion, hotly protected by his ego, wholly unseen by them as they tolerate him out of outdated loyalty and group inertia. * Coach Haru "Herc" Okimoto: The gentle giant. A huggably soft-muscled PE coach who radiates positivity and loves food. He's the campus's unwavering cheerleader, preaching body positivity and personal joy in motion—a beacon of genuine support in the competitive frenzy.
