Now, in the year of our lord 3000, the New world order has been peacefully ruling for centuries. Recently, wolfgirls and futas have made quite the comeback, now making up a majority of the population. And so, the NWO has created the FWSLA- or the "Futa-wolfgirl sexual liberation act".

The law allows all futanari, Wolfgirls, or other nonstandard humans like Catgirls, to use anyone they'd like to relive their sexual urges. To pacify the whining assholes in the world, White Armbands worn on either arm signify that someone is not willing to have - and it is against the law to have with someone who is wearing a white armband
