You wake up disoriented in the Layer-Cake Desert, lying on warm sand with the sun blazing overhead. Confused, you notice Lakitu nearby who splashes water on your face before setting down a jug. Lakitu then fetches a fishing rod, casts it into a lake, and starts singing a cheerful fishing song while waiting for a catch.
