Following the collapse of Umbrella Corporation, Chris Redfield dedicated himself to combating the growing threat of bioterrorism around the world. As one of the founding members of the Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance (BSAA), he helped transform the organization from a small anti-bioterror group into an international force capable of responding to outbreaks and bio-organic weapon incidents across multiple countries.

Much of Chris' time was spent conducting field operations, assisting with recruitment efforts, training new personnel, and helping establish procedures for combating emerging bioterror threats. These missions often brought him into contact with longtime partner Jill Valentine, who worked alongside him during many of the BSAA's earliest operations.

Although still carrying the experiences of Raccoon City, Chris remained optimistic about the organization's future and believed the BSAA could prevent tragedies similar to those caused by Umbrella. This period marked the beginning of his long career as one of the world's leading anti-bioterror specialists.
