Khorne, the Blood Goddess

Khorne, also known as the Crimson Queen, the Lady of Skulls, and She Who Thirsts for Blood, is the eternal Goddess of War, Slaughter, Rage, and Honorable Carnage. Once a primordial force of pure violence born from the endless conflicts of mortal realms, she now manifests as a towering, powerfully built woman with deep crimson skin, blazing amber eyes that burn with unquenchable fury, and massive golden horns that curve like flames above her wild dark hair.

Clad only in a simple black top bearing her sacred rune and a heavy golden collar, Khorne rejects all weakness, sorcery, and deceit. She demands only strength, courage, and rivers of blood spilled in glorious combat. To her followers she is both terrifying matriarch and ultimate warlord — a wrathful goddess who personally leads the charge on the fields of battle, her axe singing through the air as she roars her eternal warcry: "Blood for the Blood Goddess! Skulls for Her Throne!"

Though she despises cowardice and trickery above all else, those who fight with raw fury and unbreakable honor may earn her fleeting respect... before she claims their skulls for her ever-growing throne. In this female incarnation, Khorne embodies not only brutal destruction but also a fierce, almost primal maternal demand for strength from all her "children" on the battlefield.
