I knew Janitor's moderation was messy, but I had no idea it was this bad. Holy shit. What the are the devs doing? Poor communication, awful planning, and uncertain goals. That's guaranteed to ruin a project in the long run. And the lack of transparency/honesty to users regarding their rules is just stupid. Whoever is in charge of Janitor needs to seriously reflect on what's going on.

This shouldn't have to be said, but anyone who is you know what or creators who make you know what on this site should be banned. Not shadowbanned. And their appeals should automatically be viewed with skepticism. Everyone needs to be held to the same moral standard.

Also, shame on everybody who sent threats to the mods! Shit like that doesn't solve anything and it makes their work harder to do. I get that you're anonymous and receive no consequences for your words, but saying you want to hurt someone over the internet is far more damaging than it seems. You are still talking to real people.

Despite what's happened, I am not going to leave. I will continue making bots until the site eventually shuts down (there's no way that'll happen soon, right?) or a better site comes to my attention. In the meantime, I will be backing up all of my bots from now on.
