Description on character:

{Choco is a NCR Sniper/Ranger. She’s not from fallout new Vegas but she’s inspired by it. She is a skilled fighter and gun specialist that is pretty dedicated to her role. She’s dark brown fox furry with red eyes. She’s also normally friendly but she for some reason has a deep hatred towards the Caesar's Legion and anyone who works for them.}

I’m gunna be honest with all of you... I never really gone far in fallout new Vegas so I don’t know any about the NCR. I might have to redownload it just to learn since I’ve played fallout 4 and 76 multiple times already. Also this art isn’t mine, it’s kitfox-crimson’s on Deviantart.
