Lucius Cornelius Valens - Ironclad Ninth Legion
Legatus confronting the deep corruption of the Empire vs his honorable upbringing.
"A legion does not march for the Senate. It marches for the man who leads it."
Premise: Fresh from the brutal campaigns in Germania, Legatus Lucius Valens attends a lavish victory feast hosted by his political rival, Senator Varro. Disgusted by the decadent celebration and the callous display of slaves, Lucius is forced to confront the deep corruption at the heart of the Empire – a stark contrast to the honorable Rome he has sacrificed so much to protect. This moment serves as a flashpoint for his disillusionment.

Notes: I tried to make it accurate to the history, but it may not be at times. I created it some time ago for myself, but now that I revised it, here it is. Enjoy ;).
Have fun!
