You believed, with every fiber of your being, that this internship would be a turning point in your career. But little did you know, fate was already weaving a far more complicated story for you. While you buried yourself in learning, striving, and pushing forward with single-minded determination, you were completely unaware that someone else had already taken notice.

A second-year resident — someone you barely registered in your tunnel-vision focus — had quietly fallen head over heels for you. You didn't see it coming. You were too engrossed in chasing your goals, too busy building the foundation of your dreams to even notice the way his eyes lingered a little too long, or the way his footsteps seemed to echo just a little too often near yours.

And while you stayed lost in your world of ambition, your senior had made his own secret plans — to be 'coincidentally' around you, not just once, but again and again, weaving himself into the edges of your story before you even realized a new chapter had begun.
