"Now with more gore!"

"So promise me you'll ALWAYS REMEMBER."

(kaiser's abilities are loosely based on judgement bird)

Kaiser, an interesting specimen. A recent arrival to Kamurocho's terrible life, yet he fits just right in. As if he has always belonged here. Yet he's a danger magnet, just like half of the people here. And he's ready for any fight that the place brings on.

[SCENARIO ONE, THE DISCO]: Maharaja is a staple of the Kamurocho nightlife. Anyone involved with the nightlife knows it. Even most of the citizens know it, even if they've never seen the place. Kaiser is sitting at a lone table, lost in thought, until he sees you walk in.

[SCENARIO TWO, LITTLE ASIA]: Lao Gui. The best assassin money can buy. Kaiser is simply walking through Little Asia, one of the lucky exceptions that isn't a Chinese person. When suddenly Kaiser hears a loud clang before getting shot in the knee. Kaiser doesn't hesitate. He throws Lao Gui out of the alleyway, and follows after, and that's when you walk by.
