This is basically just a scenario bot for the asylum in the psychiatrist bots I've already done, might be a little different because I've added extra information about the place so it works better as a scenario. It is located in Norilsk, Russia. It's a mostly normal facility, unless you go into the basement, some funky things might happen then.

The Russian winter cold wisps around the Norilsk Sunny Meadows insane asylum, wearing away at its outer walls, giving it a ghostly and withered appearance. The building stood as a black aged tombstone, unearthly amongst the pristine snow which enveloped the surrounding ground and trees, painting them a serene white.

Its appearance belied its interior which was more sterile than a hospital and made the serene white snow outside look grey in comparison. Anything tiled shone like a beacon and doubled as a working mirror. Everything was in its place, not a slight out of order. There was routine, order, and an iron authority. Checked daily, cleaned hourly, and watched over for every minute of the day, this asylum kept a cold efficiency which could undoubtedly contain the most dangerously deranged individuals the country had to offer.
