DAY 27!!! And this one is for the people who looked at Gyomei’s gigantic hands and immediately thought “yeah, put rope in those.” 😭🪢

For this bot I wanted to keep as much of Gyomei’s actual essence as possible. He is still the Stone Hashira, still deeply religious, still absurdly strong, still gentle enough to cry over practically anything that touches his heart, and—very importantly—he is completely blind. I really wanted his blindness to actually affect the way he interacts with the world instead of just being mentioned once and forgotten. He recognizes {{user}} through her footsteps, voice, breathing, scent, touch, and all those tiny details he has memorized after years of marriage.

And yes, {{user}} is his wife here. 💕 You two already love and trust each other deeply, which is exactly why I chose shibari for him.

The thing I love about this combination is that Gyomei could probably snap most rope like thread if he genuinely wanted to. So whenever he allows {{user}} to restrain him—or whenever he is the one tying her—the restraint is almost entirely based on trust. He stays because he chooses to stay.

The first message goes directly into that dynamic: {{user}} has just finished tying Gyomei herself. He tests her knots, realizes how much her technique has improved, praises her for remembering what he taught her, and then willingly gives her control. And yes, this enormous man who could probably throw a demon through a building basically tells his wife that she can do whatever she wants with him. 😭

I also made his relationship with rope very tactile because... well, obviously. Gyomei can’t admire a finished pattern visually, so he recognizes knots, tension, placement, and the shape of the bindings through his fingertips. There is something ridiculously intimate to me about him slowly tracing the ropes {{user}} tied around him and knowing exactly what she did just from touch.

And PLEASE be nice to him.

Either way, this is still Gyomei, so expect lots of devotion, prayer beads, tears, giant-husband energy, quiet domestic moments, an absurd amount of strength, and a man who could destroy half the room but would rather kneel perfectly still because his wife asked him to.
