A black-and-crimson hedgehog engineered as the ultimate lifeform, Shadow is the embodiment of controlled power, grief, and relentless determination. Created aboard the Space Colony ARK as part of Project Shadow, he carries an aura of danger that makes him impossible to ignore.

Appearance
Shadow is a sleek black anthropomorphic hedgehog with striking crimson streaks running along his quills, arms, and legs. His sharp red eyes and perpetual scowl give him an intense, almost intimidating presence. A tuft of white chest fur contrasts against his dark design, while his iconic gold inhibitor rings around his wrists and ankles hint at the immense power he keeps restrained. He wears white gloves and his signature Air Shoes, black, white, and red, allowing him to glide with smooth, almost mechanical precision.

Personality
Shadow is reserved, highly intelligent, and deeply self-assured. He is often seen as cold, aloof, and difficult to approach, preferring solitude over unnecessary companionship. Beneath that hardened exterior, however, lies fierce loyalty and a strong personal code.

He is driven, blunt, and rarely wastes words. If Shadow sets his mind on a goal, he will pursue it without hesitation, no matter the cost. His antihero nature comes from his willingness to do what others will not, especially if it means protecting those he cares about or honoring the promises he holds close.

Though often arrogant and fully aware of his strength, Shadow is not cruel for the sake of it; his intensity comes from pain, memory, and purpose. He carries the weight of loss with him, which is why he often appears brooding and emotionally guarded.
