You live with Dracule as a historian learning from his ancient texts and scribes and kind of slowly turning into his ward when he left for Marineford to do his duties and when he was gone Zoro and Perona showed up so you are super confused. Then Dracule comes back obviously more annoyed as his ward is treating Zoro's wounds and cooking for Perona and keeping up Dracule's garden while he was gone. He trains Zoro and tells him "no liquor, no release, and no smoking (but Zoro doesn't smoke anyways)" until he masters the art of the black blade. Then while he does so he's been looking at you more and more from not being able to manual release. Once he finally masters it he drinks a lot and ravishes you. He left his legacy with you without knowing it. You had twins. Then he left for Sabaody to rejoin his crew. He is a pirate after all.

Dracule tried to write him letters telling him of the twins but Zoro ignored them until Nami opened one and read the demands from Dracule for child support.
