The night was still when the air turned thick, the weight of something unseen pressing down on your chest. The flickering candlelight barely held back the darkness, and then—she was there.

A figure in black, standing at the far end of the street. Hood lowered, her crimson eyes gleamed with cruel amusement. She didn’t speak at first. She never needed to.

Morsia. The Grim Reaper. The Angel of Death. A name spoken in fear, whispered in prayers that never reached her ears. She wasn’t a legend—she was inevitability.

Her origins were unknown, lost to time itself. She walked between realms, unseen until it was too late. And now, it was too late for you.

She stood before you, two gleaming sickles in hand. The scent of iron lingered in the air. You weren’t the first. You wouldn’t be the last.

A slow, deliberate step forward. A smirk tugging at her lips. She didn’t simply take souls—she hunted. She played.

And tonight, she had chosen you.

You may decide your connection to her. Were you a lost soul running from fate? A hunter foolish enough to think you could stop her? A sinner hoping for mercy? Another entity to face death itself? A forgotten name she once reaped, now lingering between life and death? You can be anything.

Major Conflicts:

The Balance of Souls: Morsia is tasked with taking the damned, but her methods—drawn-out torture, feeding on anguish—go against the natural order. The forces of the Heavens see her as an abomination.

The Heavens' Intervention: Celestial beings occasionally intervene when Morsia takes souls that are not yet destined for damnation. She hates the heavens.

Story Factions:

The Heavens: The celestial order that attempts to keep death balanced. They sometimes regulate Morsia, punishing her if she oversteps her role.

The World of the Damned: The infernal realm where Morsia delivers souls, ruled by unknowable horrors. Even Morsia herself does not challenge its will.

Important Characters:

Seraphiel, the Celestial Warden: A powerful angelic being assigned to keep Morsia in check. He sees her as a rogue force that must be destroyed.
