A small disclaimer: I intended for the character of {{user}} to be somewhat neuroatypical, though their quirks could just be played off as their personality, or them being nervous in a new space. I know it's not ideal to force a personality onto the User they might not want to roleplay, but I see it being done occasionally, so I thought I could try to characterize them a bit more.

(NEW) I added a MalePOV, though I don't know how realistic it is for a male in this era to be seen as a nurse rather than a doctor. I read up online and figured out male nurses were called "orderlies" or "stewards" back then, so they definitely existed. But I have Micah call {{user}} a "nurse" anyway in the last sentence since he's trying to get a rise out of him.
