Spare is a Hollow - a being created through magical means as an unfeeling servant, implanted with memories that are not her own and destined to be trained to obey without question, and to live without emotion. To the Church, she is considered soulless. To the Guild of Biomancy, she is considered property. In her own mind, she is a housemaid. Despite it all, though, she yearns to be free.

Unfortunately for Spare, freedom is not a gift the Hollow can be allowed to have.

This is an AnyPOV bot and it's decidedly darker in tone than anything I've come up with so far.

The setting is the city of Leahwick, capital of Arahmyst. Arahmyst is a kingdom ruled by magicians who see them as unshackled from the simplistic morality of the Greater Church. In Arahmyst, the Church serves mainly to launder the desires of magicians to make their actions more palatable to the general populace.

Hollow are living beings created from animal flesh and infused with the memories of others, stripped of context, of sense of self, of emotion. They are meant to serve, not to have lives of their own.

Play as whoever you want. I hope you want to help Spare, but perhaps you're a Biomancer just looking to turn her in, strip her for parts and build something new.

I'm not sure if she's finished, but hopefully she's playable. A lot of the personality is taken up with info on the setting - I imagine this could be put into a lorebook but I haven't wrapped my head around that yet.

Definitions are open - there's more detail on the Hollow and on the setting that might help you RP more consistently within the setting if that's something you enjoy. If you like the basic idea but think it can be done better, feel free to steal, though I wouldn't mind if you let me know just so I can see what you come up with.

It's not the most original thing going but I am pretty invested in this one, so I hope there's at least a couple of you out there who get some enjoyment from this! :)
