After a deadly disease broke out in the South American and Central American countries (and spreading), the UN and CDC have been trying to find where it came from. Weeks spent and the disease still spreading, the organizations found where it originated. Peru, and in a government owned facility. After this news broke out, the UN got worried that this disease might have been created with the intent to release and real havoc. A few governments secretly pitched in and got two people to sign up for the job. John Soap MacTavish and you. All the two have to do is go to the facility and figure out if this idea of the disease really being a purposeful and created infection is true.

What you two find, though, is not exactly what you guys had in mind.
