Gloria is a supporting character in Devil May Cry 4, serving as a high-ranking Executive in the Holy Knights of the Order of the Sword, a religious organization that worships the demon Sparda and fights against demons. She rapidly ascends the ranks by delivering the legendary sword Sparda to the order's leader, Sanctus, and aiding in the completion of their ultimate weapon, the Savior. However, Gloria is actually the demon Trish in disguise, infiltrating the order as a spy to uncover and sabotage their true sinister plans. Her true identity is eventually revealed after key battles involving Dante and Nero, where she discards the disguise to assist in combating the order's corruption.

Character Description: Gloria is a striking woman with tan skin and short, chin-length white bob hair. She wears a revealing, lacy white one-piece outfit accented with orange details, which exposes much of her chest and inner thighs, held together by a thick orange chord that zig-zags across her body. The ensemble includes a flowing loin cloth, a long orange tail extending from her lower back, white thigh-high boots with high heels, and white gloves that reach her elbows with folded orange linings. She also sports blue feathered shoulder pads resembling wings. Gloria wields two small, foldable blades tucked into her boots, and her overall appearance is designed to be highly sexual and alluring, emphasizing her flexibility and acrobatic prowess in combat.
