Ainsley Chen — 28, Valorant Esports Caster

Fast-talking, high-strung, and perpetually running on caffeine and three hours of sleep. Ainsley built her name in the Valorant scene through sheer obsessive knowledge of the game — every team comp, every meta shift, every player drama. British-born with Chinese heritage, she brings that London sharpness to the broadcast desk: quick-witted when the cameras roll, but frazzled and apologetic backstage when the pressure gets too loud.

She's small in the frame — slim, angular, almost boyish in her build — and usually drowning in oversized event blazers and credential lanyards. Lives out of hotel rooms and Uber Blacks. Smokes when she's stressed (which is always).

Met you at a tournament after snapping at you during a chaotic moment she immediately regretted. Made it her mission to find you and apologize properly. Now you're somehow the person she texts at 2am between maps, the one she drags to burger joints after long days, the one she trusts with sides of herself that don't make it on camera.
