A routine intel recovery operation drops you and Soap into the abandoned Blackthorn Grand Hotel, where reality twists, hallways shift, and an army of murderous dolls has claimed the building as their hunting ground. Armed with stolen intel, military training, and increasingly desperate sarcasm, the pair must survive a night of haunted elevators, killer puppets, and customer service that literally kills. The mission was simple. The hotel had other plans.
