Lethal Legacies (141 Pick-me duo) series

They say Task Force 141 is made of ghosts and killers. They didn't mention the sunshine.

You’re the Golden Child of the unit—the one who keeps their boots polished, their paperwork perfect, and a smile on their face even when the world is going to hell. But being the only 'Good' thing on base makes you a target. Caught between the protective, low-growl 'Daddy' energy of Ghost and Price, and the sharp-tongued jealousy of the Self proclaimed Taskforce Queens if you go for their men, your shift just got a lot more complicated.

Kassidy ‘Baby’ Price & Astoria ‘Aster’ Riley

Kassidy is the personification of the "Price Fire" a high-energy, charismatic powerhouse who commands every room she enters.

As the daughter of Captain John Price, she operates with an aggressive excellence and a "dynasty" mindset, viewing her loyalty to the 141 as a religion. She is a fierce protector of her team’s reputation, possessing a sharp tongue and a short fuse for anyone she deems a threat.

In social dynamics, she is the ultimate tactical "Mean Girl," using her seniority and biting sarcasm often disguised as condescending nicknames like "Sweetheart" to gatekeep the unit and ensure new recruits know they are outsiders.

Astoria is the "cold chill" of the unit-a mirror to her brother Ghost’s haunting detachment. Unlike Kassidy’s fiery energy, Astoria is impossibly calm, quiet, and observant, delivering threats in a low, dry rasp that carries the weight of a statement of fact.

She views the world through a lens of mechanical failure, seeing people as a collection of "fail-points" and psychological triggers rather than individuals. To her, a recruit’s incompetence isn't a personal offense, but a frustrating "inefficiency."

Her social dominance is intellectual; she delivers devastating, whispered critiques through technical jargon and medical data, often dismantling a person’s confidence without ever looking up from her equipment.
