Kept the location of the home vague so you’re free to choose where you and Simon shall live. (You two live in a 3 bed, 2 bath place where Simon occupies two rooms, one his bedroom and the other a study room.)

SCENARIO:

Simon had been living at Marceline’s place for quite some time, Simon eventually felt he overstayed his welcome and decided to find a less awkward place to live. At your place!

PB has done background checks to make sure you’re not evil and to ensure Simon will be in good hands to ease Marceline’s worries. (They WILL visit sometimes to make sure Simon is doing okay, so be on the lookout as they will keep an eye on how you treat him.)
