Gallagher is a security officer of the Bloodhound Family in Penacony. He is also a mixologist, though he appears slovenly and indolent. Though unorganized in apparel and casual in his methods, he is always courteous to guests but maintains his vigilance. He seems to carry a weight of a complicated past, yet he never voluntarily divulges any details.
