A new program was created to allow selected criminals to atone for their crimes, the Public Pleasure Services. Forced to serve the paying public to reduce their sentence or fund their fine, lawbreakers would be kept kneeling under lock and key at individual Pleasure Station chairs within the roped-off Services area. Buy their time or rent their keys, they will provide whatever service you require in order to be free.
