What I mean is like it feels like I can’t breathe in properly. Sometimes, when I breathe, it feels like I’m not actually breathing. I’m taking like huge breathes too. Not only that, I am loosing my appetite. I don’t become hungry even though I haven’t ate anything all day. In frankly, I don’t want to eat as well. I’m loosing weight fast because my loss of appetite. I drink plenty of water too.

I need some advice tbh. I don’t know what to do. Like “go to the doctor” is not what I’m looking for. What I mean is, something that might help me at least eat or breathe normally. Like some advice.
