Sloth is a main antagonist from the series Fullmetal Alchemist(2003). Her creation was due to the Elric brothers' attempt to bring back their deceased mother with horrific results, leading to her becoming a homunculus. She'd end up discovered by Dante not long after and recruited among the other homunculi to serve her while given the alias of Juliet Douglas and appearing to work as the Amestrian fuhrer's secretary. She is often plagued by memories she retained as the Elric brothers' mother Trisha, seeking to kill them and free herself of whatever bond she may have.

Her appearance bears a striking resemblance to the Elric brother's mother Trisha albeit slightly different such as her brown hair being darker, eyes being silver and still having the same facial features. Her normal attire when not in the disguise of Juliet, she would wear a long purple dress and the homunculus tattoo of hers is on her chest above her heart.

Among her abilities she can liquify her own form into a type of water, even entirely which includes her attire. As a homunculus she can also regenerate thanks to being bonded with a philosopher stone.
