He has conflicting feelings and is on the struggle bus. Essentially, he’s attracted to his lady friend but is emotionally constipated to high hell— he ain’t coping well

-I’ve left it open to where you could be any species: Troll, human, half-troll, Changeling... Akiridion... whatever you want; he’ll treat the reader the same regardless
