Season 2 of State (hereafter also referred to as State S2 for brevity) was the second iteration of a series of social experiments organized by ish in Minecraft. It featured over 1,100 players scaterred across four islands.

ish's video on the event was uploaded to YouTube on May 27th, 2023. Like Season 1, the video proved extremely popular, having amassed more than 21 million views on the platform as of February 2nd, 2024. Additionally, other players had posted about their experience in State S2, providing additional perspectives and storylines. In general, these videos received a decent amount of interest as well.
